RSSG Special Announcement: Lena Evans

The Royal Society of Saint George, California Chapter is proud to announce that Lena Evans has been appointed to the Membership Chair of RSSG- CA.
Lena Evans has dedicated much philanthropic effort to social service causes, and those efforts have garnered her many honors including: 2022 Salvation Army Women of Dedication Honoree, 2022 Irvine Foundation Leadership Awards, 2016 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year, 2016 National Philanthropy Day Outstanding Philanthropist, 2014 L'Oreal Paris Women of Worth award, 2014 San Diego Magazine Woman of the Year award, 2013 Longines Women Who Make a Difference award, Yahoo's 2012 Women Who Shine award, San Diego's Best Philanthropist/Volunteer 2011, San Diego Magazine Women Who Move the City 2011, as well as 96.5 KyXy Hometown Heroes Award 2011.
As the first and only Chair of the USA for The Duke of Edinburgh Cup--a fundraising program of the British Monarchy's Duke of Edinburgh's Award International, Ms. Evans hosted the Earl and Countess of Wessex's first joint visit to the United States.
She has served as an Ambassador of the Invictus Games Orlando, the Clinton Foundation and the San Diego Film Festival, as well as having been a dominant USA fundraising touchpoint for Sentebale, The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry's personal charity, hosting The Duke socially, and multiple events benefiting the organization. Fulfilling her passion for community service, Evans lends her time and talent as a leading fundraiser and activist for social causes including women's and immigrant rights. She is a pioneer of social justice who is a leading voice for the Asian American community. Lena Evans is the quintessential modern-day activist, embodying her values of equality and economic opportunity, philanthropy and politics. She has served on the National Finance Committee and AAPI Finance Council for past Presidential campaigns, and as an AAPI Power 100 delegate.
As a business entrepreneur, Lena Evans has diverse holdings in gaming, technology, and real estate. With a forte in capital fundraising for a broad range of industries, her professional career has focused on corporate strategic planning, business development, marketing, and general management for entertainment, communications and related technology ventures including motion pictures, enhanced television, digital visual media, postproduction, and asset management.
Boards on which Evans has served include the March of Dimes, San Diego Symphony, City Ballet, Rady Children's Hospital RSF Auxiliary (for which she chaired “Celebration of Champions" for nine years), and ArtReach. Advisory Boards include San Diego Rescue Mission, San Diego Master Chorale, and Pacific Lyric Association Opera, as well as Steering Committee for The Old Globe Theatre Guilders. She is a spokesperson for the AARP, and currently serves on the National Conflict Resolution Center A Path Forward Task Force, on the Board of Directors for the Kids for Peace Foundation, and as an Ambassador of the Cybercrime Support Network.
