Ambassador Philippe Milgrom was born in Paris. He moved to Los Angeles in 2001. He is the owner of Direct Wine Imports Inc., focusing on French and Italian wines. He is the United States Ambassador of the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or, an international organization devoted to promoting the art of Sabrage and the enjoyment of Champagne. Mr. Milgrom is honored as a Chevalier du Merite Agricole of the French Republic.
